Sports · IRONMAN FloridaDitlev Ironman Florida record: Official timing confirms 7:19:17 winDiffusé 8 novembre 2026 à 16:59 UTCRegarderTranscription0:07Iron Man now confirms Magnus Dytlev won in seven hours, nineteen minutes and0:11seventeen seconds.0:13On November eight, we reported that winning time while leaving the official seconds0:16unresolved.0:17His finish remains the reported fastest full distance performance.0:21While Elaine Siffert's women's course, record victory now, has official timing0:25behind it too.0:26What do those confirmed times settle about the record claims and the places at Kona?0:30Dytlev won in Panama City Beach on November seven.0:33His performance invites comparisons with Kalmar and Roth.0:35While the podium finishers are chasing places at the World Championship in Kona,0:39each comparison answers a different question.0:41Denmark's Dytlev swam forty, seven minutes and fifty, two seconds, ten seconds0:46behind swim leader Andrew Horsfall, Turner.0:48He then built his advantage on the bike, reaching the second transition more than0:51eleven minutes clear.0:52His official ride took three hours, fifty, one minutes, and sixteen seconds.0:57He followed it with a two hour thirty-three minute thirty-one second marathon.1:01Dytlev's official finish is seven hours, nineteen minutes, and seventeen seconds.1:05Add his five displayed segments, including both transitions.1:08And they total seven hours, nineteen minutes and sixteen seconds.1:12The one second gap remains unexplained.1:14The official finish stands.1:15His first transition took four minutes and five seconds, and his second took two1:19minutes and thirty two seconds.1:21Those are the official intervals.1:22A separate professional results database adds a second to each transition, producing1:27a component total of seven hours, nineteen minutes and eighteen seconds while1:31retaining the same finish.1:33Matt Hansen's marathon is two hours, twenty eight minutes and seven seconds.1:37Sam Long's bike is three hours, fifty, nine minutes and fifty, nine seconds.1:42Horsefall, Turner's swim is forty, seven minutes and forty, two seconds.1:47Each resolves an earlier one second discrepancy.1:49The small arithmetic gaps extend beyond Dytlov.1:52Hansen's and Long's displayed segments each add to one second less than their1:55finishes.1:56Horsefall, Turner's add to two seconds less than his eight hour, fifteen minute,2:01fifty second finish.2:03Rudy van Berg's segments reconcile exactly.2:05Nobody has explained the differences.2:07So calling them rounding would be a guess.2:09Robert Collin rode three hours fifty, three minutes and twelve seconds at Kalmar in2:14August.2:15Dytlev's three hours, fifty, one minutes and sixteen seconds beats that by one2:19minute and fifty six seconds.2:21Both sides of that comparison now have official athlete times.2:24We already corrected the older comparison with Cameron Worf's three hour fifty-three2:28minute thirty two second Texas ride.2:30That produced a two-minute sixteen second improvement, overstating the margin by2:33twenty seconds.2:34Ditlev's Florida performance hasn't changed.2:36His confirmed bike split also settles the conflicting three hour fifty one minute2:41fifty six second figure that appeared in an analysis.2:44Von Berg finished second in seven hours, thirty, three minutes and twenty five2:49seconds, fourteen minutes and eight seconds behind.2:51Hansen took third in seven hours, thirty, five minutes and forty, eight seconds,2:56sixteen minutes and thirty, one seconds behind Dytlev.2:59Long finished fourth in seven hours, thirty, eight minutes and fifty, nine seconds,3:03nineteen minutes and forty, two seconds back.3:05Von Berg pulled away from Long during the marathon.3:08And Hansen also passed him.3:10Hansen ran faster than the winner, but Dytlove had already built an advantage too3:14large to recover.3:15Subtracting each marathon from each finish puts Hansen twenty one minutes and fifty,3:20five seconds behind before the run.3:21That's a calculation rather than a separate checkpoint reading.3:24He recovered five minutes and twenty four seconds, leaving sixteen minutes and3:29thirty one seconds at the finish.3:30Hansen's marathon lowered his reported two thousand and twenty-three Florida run3:34record by five minutes and fifty nine seconds.3:37Dytlev cut fifteen minutes and twenty four seconds from von Berg's reported two3:41thousand and twenty three overall course record, and seven minutes and forty, six3:45seconds from his own previous Florida bike mark.3:47His victory followed a world championship withdrawal in Kona four weeks earlier.3:52Switzerland's Elanese Siffert won in eight hours, seven minutes and thirty seven3:56seconds.3:56The twenty-four-year-old from Freeboard finished sixteen minutes and nineteen4:00seconds ahead of Britain's Holly Lawrence.4:02Germany's Laura Janssen completed the podium, twenty four minutes and forty, four4:06seconds behind.4:07Siffert's official finish also resolves the conflicting eight hour eight minute4:11thirty-six second time.4:12Her five official segments add up exactly.4:14Her transitions took three minutes and forty nine seconds, then one minute and4:18thirty nine seconds.4:19The professional database displays each a second longer, creating a two second4:24mismatch that the official intervals resolve.4:26Siffert swam fifty one minutes and nine seconds, then rode four hours, twenty five4:31minutes and fifty seven seconds.4:32Her marathon took two hours, forty, five minutes, and three seconds.4:36Lawrence and Janssen's official segments also reconcile exactly with their finishes.4:40Siffert lowered Sky Moins' reported two thousand and twenty-three Florida record of4:44eight hours, twenty, two minutes and twenty, eight seconds by fourteen minutes and4:48fifty one seconds.4:49Her marathon cut eight minutes and twenty three seconds from Jessica Jacobs's4:53reported two thousand and eleven course mark.4:55Those Florida comparisons are separate from her unofficial Swiss long distance best.4:59Siffert finished forty four seconds faster than Daniela Ruff's eight hour eight5:03minute twenty-one second Roth performance in two thousand and twenty-three.5:06Her management describes Florida as the fourth fastest women's full distance time.5:10That historical ranking carries a different status from her confirmed race result.5:14She'd already won Challenge Roth this year in eight hours, nine minutes and nine5:18seconds.5:18Florida was ninety, two seconds faster, following a podium at the half-distance5:22world championship in Nice.5:24But she had to come from behind here.5:25Lawrence swam just one second slower, then rode faster and reached the second5:29transition ahead.5:30Finish minus run calculations put Siffert one minute and20,6 seconds behind Lawrence5:35entering the marathon.5:36She took the lead within four miles and ran seventeen minutes and forty, five5:40seconds faster, turning that deficit into a sixteen-minute, nineteen second victory.5:45Lawrence's runner, up finish, after an injury interruption, took eight hours,5:49twenty, three minutes and fifty, six seconds.5:52Janssen finished in eight hours, thirty, two minutes and twenty one seconds.5:56Siffert's victory sets up her first Kona appearance.5:59For Dytlev, the broader record comparison still reaches beyond Florida's timing6:03system.6:03His finish is one minute and forty.6:05Seven seconds faster than Sam Laidlow's reported Roth time this year.6:09It's one minute and fifty, five seconds faster than Christian Blumenfeldt's Cosmell6:13time from two thousand and twenty-one.6:14The confirmed seconds support the reported best.6:16While measured distances and comparable currents, weather and course conditions6:20remain unresolved.6:21All six podium finishers reportedly earned Kona places, with three available for6:26each gender and none already qualified.6:28That advances Hansen's position beyond the earlier presumption that he would take6:32the final men's place.6:33Their official acceptance of those places still hasn't been confirmed.Chronologie de l’histoireHeyDex
