אסונות · San Carlos RiverPeridot river flood: GO evacuations along San Carlos River as major flooding hitsנכתב 2 בנובמבר 2026 בשעה 00:26 UTCצפייהתמליל0:07Residents along the river near Perrito face immediate evacuation as major flooding0:11hits.0:11The danger reaches people along the San Carlos River and drivers who encounter0:15flooded roads.0:16When can residents safely return?0:17The warning covers West, central Graham County in Arizona.0:21It identifies Perrido and San Carlos Reservoir as places likely to experience0:24flooding.0:25Evacuation instructions concern areas along the river near Perrido, with the0:29affected corridor narrower than the countywide warning geography.0:32Evacuations along that river corridor were listed at GO on November first.0:35Go means leave immediately.0:37The warning describes major flooding already happening, so people affected by those0:41instructions are being told to act now.0:43The river measured sixteen point five feet on November first, six minutes before the0:47warning was issued.0:48The warning runs through four fifteen p.0:51m.0:51Mountain Standard Time on November second, that places its scheduled expiration the0:55following afternoon, almost a full day after issuance.0:58The sixteen point five foot reading measures water level against the gauge's1:02reference point.1:03Water depth across a road or inside a building requires a separate measurement.1:07The reading describes the river at that observation time.1:10Drivers should stay out of flooded roads.1:12Flood water on a route is a reason to stop.1:14Even if the road normally provides access to the area, follow local emergency1:18instructions when leaving the affected corridor.1:23It isn't clear whether the river is still rising, has crested, or is receding.1:27That makes current river conditions essential to any decision about reopening the1:31corridor.1:31Residents need an explicit emergency management update before treating the river1:35corridor as safe to reopen.1:37A return home all clear is not yet confirmed.1:40The warning scheduled expiration doesn't automatically lift evacuation instructions.קריאת הכתבהציר הזמן של הסיפורHeyDex
