Two people were killed and both occupants of the pursued vehicle were severely injured in the October 22 crash in Peshtigo; the injured occupants were taken to Milwaukee-area medical facilities. The Wisconsin DOJ Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating the pursuit and crash, and its findings or any resulting official actions remain open.
