Russian drones struck the Soniachna Halereia shopping centre in two waves on 21 August, killing 14 people and injuring more than 100, including 11 children, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky. About a third of the mall burned, and the rescue operation was continuing overnight as of the report aired 22 August; its conclusion has not been reported.
