What we knew first
- Does Nocchi’s marriage announcement change anything about Perfume’s hiatus? The news establishes a personal milestone, not a new timetable for the group: Nocchi announced on November 8, 2026, that she has married actor Kento Shibuya. Both are 38, and both performers’ agencies have confirmed the marriage. Perfume’s existing pause remains the backdrop, rather than a development explained by the announcement.
