Video released by the NTSB shows the medevac Learjet climbed to about 1,600 feet before plunging less than a minute after takeoff at about 275 mph, killing all eight aboard. The cockpit voice recorder had not functioned for years; the NTSB’s final report is still pending and could take up to two years.
