Two drivers were killed in the Oct. 23 wrong-way collision on southbound I-15 near Valley of Fire Highway, and the southbound lanes reopened later that morning. As of the Oct. 24 report, the investigation was ongoing; which vehicle was traveling against traffic and what caused it to enter the wrong-way lanes remained unresolved.
