Cecil Kenneth Starnes Jr., 55, died Oct. 22 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in the Oct. 3 motorcycle crash involving another vehicle; his death was announced Oct. 23. The crash investigation and any proceedings arising from it remain open in the reports available as of Oct. 24.
