By accessing or using HeyDay News (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HeyDay News is a private application that creates and publishes videos to its operator’s own YouTube channels through YouTube API Services. It is provided for the operator’s own use.

Use of YouTube through the Service is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Content must comply with YouTube policies and applicable law.

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or policy-violating content.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyDay News and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms may change from time to time; the effective date above will be updated.
