Civilian flight restrictions at all four of Moscow’s main airports on Oct. 23 were reported lifted, after an air alert at Sheremetyevo prompted passengers to shelter and disrupted travel across the airport network. As of the Oct. 24 report, it was unclear how long each airport had been restricted or whether the flight backlog had cleared.
