After co-owner Denisse Rojas-Valdez challenged negative reviews and emails offering their removal for payment, Google removed some reviews it found breached its policies, and Que Onda Wey!’s rating returned to 4.9 out of five. The reports do not establish that the company offering the service wrote or controlled the reviews; no further response or outcome is reported.
