Satellite imagery dated September 25, 2026, shows grading and material-handling work at Antelope Reef consistent with foundations for a full-scale runway, including stockpiles, compaction cranes, a gravel barge and a new wharf. The reports do not say the runway is complete or that an airfield has opened.
