灾害 · Learjet事故调查佛州Learjet残骸搜寻取得进展，但尾部解体使事故原因仍未明文字 2026年11月8日 UTC 01:24观看文字实录0:07Investigators recovered an engine section from the buried jet that killed all nine0:10aboard.0:11Tail fragments found miles away show the aircraft was breaking apart before it0:14struck the ground.0:15On November one, we reported nine people aboard, with their condition still unknown.0:20Investigators now have to determine whether a tail control failure started the0:24emergency or followed it.0:25The Learjet60 was flying from Austin, Bergstrom International Airport to North0:29Eleuthera in the Bahamas.0:31It crashed near Greenacreas and Cresthaven in Palm Beach County along Military Trail0:35shortly before one in the afternoon.0:36The crash happened on Sunday, November one.0:39Early descriptions use several nearby community names, but they described the same0:42emergency.0:43The aircraft carried two crew members and seven passengers.0:46Everyone aboard died, including two young children.0:49Aurora Aviation operated the flight under the business name Upper Jet.0:53The aircraft lost radio and radar contact while en route.0:56The National Transportation Safety Board is leading the investigation, with the1:00Federal Aviation Administration also involved.1:02The recovery team had to reach wreckage deeply embedded in an impact crater.1:06Rain and water inside the crater complicated that work.1:08Crews drained water and cleared hazards before excavation could begin.1:12Excavation began late November4, three calendar days after the crash.1:16Investigators continued the next day and recovered a portion of one engine.1:20The wreckage will go to a secure location for examination.1:23The engine section gives investigators another component to examine.1:26The strongest evidence of an earlier separation came from outside the crater, most1:30of the left elevator, a movable tail surface that helps control the aircraft's nose,1:35up and nose, down movement.1:37Investigators recovered most of the left elevator in three pieces, between one point1:41three and three point eight miles from the impact site.1:44That distance shows the pieces separated before the jet hit the ground.1:47Investigators are examining two possible sequences.1:50The elevator could have separated and triggered the loss of control, or forces on an1:54aircraft already descending uncontrollably could have torn it away.1:57They haven't determined which happened.1:59Former NTSB investigator Greg Feetz suggested structural overstress and pilot inputs2:04during an attempted recovery could explain the separation.2:07That's an outside theory.2:08The investigating agency hasn't reached a conclusion about what started the descent.2:12The crew's radio calls describe an emergency that developed within seconds.2:16Earlier in the flight, a controller warned of nearby moderate precipitation while2:19the jet was at about forty one zero feet.2:22Later, at about thirty-five zero feet, the crew reported light clear ice and2:26moderate turbulence.2:27The crew described altitude deviations of roughly seven hundred feet, then reported2:31precipitation and requested a climb to thirty-seven zero feet.2:34The earlier forty one zero foot reference concerns a different stage of the flight.2:39Less than thirty seconds after the climb was approved.2:41A transmission said the aircraft was descending.2:43On May Day followed, another transmission reported an overspeed condition, meaning2:47the jet was flying too fast and a descent.2:49The remaining words were unintelligible.2:51Weather is a major focus of the investigation.2:53The crew's reports describe conditions they encountered, but investigators haven't2:57determined how those conditions affected the aircraft or began the emergency.3:01The crew described descent rates of ten, zero, twenty zero, and twenty, two zero3:06feet a minute during the radio exchanges.3:08Other descriptions put the descent above thirty-zero or around thirty two zero.3:12A tracking estimate described twenty-seven zero feet lost in one minute.3:16Those figures can describe different moments and different ways of measuring the3:19fall.3:20They can't be combined into one settled reconstruction.3:22What they consistently describe is a very rapid descent, with the crew reporting3:26over speed.3:27By November sixth, investigators hadn't found the cockpit voice recorder and3:31couldn't confirm it was aboard.3:32The public audio captures transmissions to air traffic control.3:35It leaves investigators without a recovered recording of cockpit conversations and3:39warnings.3:40The captain was Jeffrey Gregory, known as Jeff, who was fifty-five.3:44His co-pilot was Natalia Gadla Philgaris, who was twenty.3:47Her mother, Camilla Cortelletti, said she earned her pilot's license at seventeen3:51and had more than one three hundred flight hours.3:54Gregory held an unrestricted Learjet sixty qualification.3:57Phil Garris held a restricted qualification requiring her to fly with a fully4:01qualified pilot in command, such as Gregory.4:03Both were certified flight instructors.4:05At a November6 news conference, her father, Alan Philgeris, Said the radio recording4:10showed his daughter trying to control the aircraft until the last minute.4:13The family's attorney, Stuart Grossman, said twenty NTSB investigators had been sent4:17to South Florida.4:18The passengers included entrepreneur Adam Robinson, his wife, their two young4:22children, the children's caregiver, and two family friends.4:25Accounts identify his wife as Helen Sharp and name caregiver Anita Maria Satina and4:29friends Rachel Reid and Charmi Fair.4:31Some names vary across those accounts.4:33The NTSB also identified one injured person on the ground, a man in a nearby vehicle4:38who suffered a leg injury.4:39That updates early statements that there were no reports of ground injuries.4:42Officials reported no deaths on the ground.4:45Stephanie Platt separately said she burned her foot while her family escaped flames4:48and burning debris that reached their property.4:50She said the crash happened yards from her home and that her family lost the home.4:54In the November5 account, Platz was staying temporarily at the Green Acreers4:57Community Center.4:58Catholic charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach was helping her, and a fundraiser5:02had been established to support the family.5:04Later estimates put displacement at four hundred to six hundred people.5:07Early accounts described about six hundred evacuated from the nearby mobile home5:11community.5:12Those approximate figures don't show that exactly two hundred people returned.5:15The affected community included almost eighty mobile homes.5:19Residents had no confirmed timetable for returning home in the displacement updates.5:23Officials were pursuing temporary shelter.5:25Food and transportation, along with longer-term housing assistance and emergency5:29funds.5:29Businesses were also seeking help.5:31Military trail initially closed in both directions between Cresthaven Boulevard5:35and10 Avenue North.5:36Later descriptions extended the affected stretch toward Purdy Lane and Alameda5:40Drive.5:40John I.5:41Leonard High School closed on November2, and dozens of businesses closed inside the5:45restricted area.5:46The crash left a roadway crater, downed power lines, and damage to nearby property5:50and infrastructure.5:50Damaged water lines and repairs could keep the road closed for weeks, with some5:54estimates reaching at least thirty days.5:56No reopening date has been announced.5:58Aircraft debris also reached roofs of nearby homes and buildings.6:02Anna Escobar said a metal piece pierced her roof and landed in her kitchen.6:05Less than a mile from the crash scene, sheriff's deputies collected it on November6:09three.6:09Investigators hadn't confirmed that particular piece came from the jet.6:13Peter Demira also described finding suspected tail material at a workplace about6:17three point eight miles away.6:19Each fragment needs examination before investigators can place it in the aircraft's6:23final sequence.6:24The NTSB asks people to leave suspected wreckage undisturbed and arrange collection6:28by email with a photograph if possible.6:31The agency says people shouldn't keep, move, alter, or dispose of it.6:35Small fragments may help establish what happened.6:38The recovered elevator establishes that a control surface separated before impact.6:42Investigators still have to determine whether its loss began the emergency or6:46resulted from forces during the descent.6:48The engine section and other recovered pieces will undergo further examination.6:52The NTSB labels the recovery information preliminary and subject to change.6:55A preliminary report was expected in about a month.6:58Determining the probable cause could take more than a year.阅读文章事件时间线HeyDex谁报道了什么多家媒体报道的要点✓Crash location and circumstances已独立证实 · 15 家媒体✓Military Trail road closures已独立证实 · 10 家媒体✓Deaths among the nine people aboard已独立证实 · 9 家媒体NTSB
