18 and counting — the four US service members who died this weekend

There is one disagreement worth naming in the record. WTOP and AP coverage initially described Swinton as the third service member identified in the strikes overall, while ABC News and CNN list him as the fourth ⁹². The four names are not in dispute. The order in which the Pentagon released them was.

It is not just that one missile leaked through, the Secretary of State has acknowledged. CBS News reports that Iran is deliberately working around US air defenses — picking angles, timing, and trajectories designed to slip past interception ¹¹. The Friday attack appears to have done exactly that.
